“This was my first time visit with Dr Schaefer at the Staley location. I brought my new kitten in for his first time visit as well. Dr Schaefer was very caring and answered all my questions. He cares about what is going on with your pet and will take the time to provide the best care.“

“We LOVE CityDogs! We’ve enjoyed a few of the meetups they have hosted and the staff is always so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. However our mini dachshund, Peanut MIGHT be obsessed. When I say this dude RUNS inside when he realizes where we are, he completely forgets I exist. The staff greet him by name and make drop-off’s and pick-ups quick and seamless. We always know he has the best time at daycare because he literally CRIES (I’m talking actual tears too) and doesn’t stop whining the entire drive home. “Dr. Sambol & Dr. Gilbert are the best vets in KC. We drive 45min just to come & see them. They so clearly care for animals & love what they do. They listen intently & always do what’s best for our baby. I trust both of them with my dogs life. The techs & staff are also amazing, They remember my baby by name & are always excited to see him. It’s clear that everyone here has a passion for what they do. I’ve never met anyone who works here I wasn’t impressed by. Also Dr Gilbert calls dogs, kiddos & that’s just my kind of people.
