We've been here 3 times the last 2 weeks (we are first time indoor kitten parents) and all I can say is that we absolutely love this place and couldn't ask for more! The staff, techs, and vets are so sweet. They love our little Mako! I know she's in good hands when we bring her here. Price is great, especially for the amazing service they provide. They were attentive, compassionate, and never dismissed any of my concerns, even with multiple calls over a few days. I felt truly supported, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. We have been going here for the last 5 years and had great experiences with our cats and dogs! Both Dr. Bachmans take great care of our animals. All the staff are helpful and usually cheerful as well. I appreciate that they always give a quote for how much services will be FIRST, and they usually give us options as well (e.g., medication choices, watch and see, medical procedures, etc). When our dogs have an urgent issue, they are able to fit us in same day with a drop off appt. For instance, one of our huskies recently got a HUGE infected hotspot and they fit him in.
