Great experience, with the exception of the mess that was left behind. It was raining the day of installation, but there was dirt and mud left on my deck, the outside of my house, and outside windows.

I have a good experience with sales rep. Ana. She is knowledgeable about the product leaf filter and explained the installation very well with a demo and video. The installation went smoothly and quickly.

Gave a 5 star on first review. Finally have a bit of rain. Our house is surrounded by pine trees and the pine needles are on stuck in the vent slots of the leaffilter. I'm sure it will plug up in time with the needles. So not sure a 5 star is deserved. Time will tell.
