I called Hale's after I found construction debris in my ducts. Patrick and Mason came out and did a thorough job cleaning it all out. They were on time, friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had. It was well worth the cost to have a company I trust to do the job right. I'm already breathing easier, thanks Hale's!

arrived at designated time, the maintaince checks were thorough with explanations as they were done, acted professional, but friendly also, answered all my questions. showed possible weak points to monitor. very satisfied with josh fangman. would have no problems recommending him for service.

Very friendly and professional. Had my AC up and running in no time. Thoroughly explained everything without talking down to me (A huge plus) and presented options. Also told me things to watch for that might indicate something else is going bad that needs urgent attention in my rather old HVAC system.
Kudos to whom ever decided to include this feature: The appointment tool texts and emails you a PICTURE of the person coming to work on your system. That is such a an awesome and thoughtful feature, especially for a single mom.
