Rotor Rooter sent Dave to fix our water problem. When Dave showed up he was extremely polite and professional and was very informative on what he was checking and why. He boiled it down to either the pump was going bad or the control box was bad ... the control box was obviously bad, but he stated that could have been because of a bad pump. He felt reasonably sure it was the control box. I had him replace the box and sure enough, the well started working. Dave is very people oriented and goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. I will recommend him to everyone I find in need of water assistance. He is an outstanding asset to Rotor Rooter.
Jesse was fantastic he deserves a raise and compensated for his professionalism and fixing my problem for years . He is anazing and fixed it. He is an asset to the company. He should be recognized.

They came and looked the problem over gave me a plan and estimate. Came back today and completed the job in less time then they had told me.Did it with a lot less trouble then I thought.They were very polite and professional.
