Been going to Ric for about a year now, because I have lower back issues and neck & shoulder pain. Usually, I don’t make an appointment unless I’ve injured myself in some way. He listens to what I think I did to hurt my body and where the pain is, so he can slowly do his best to alleviate the discomfort. I feel relaxed ane better after my massage.
