Great experience. First Justin came out a couple of times to try to fix my AC. When it was clear it needed to be replaced, he didn't put on any high pressure sales tactics and worked with me to get the price down. Then the three guys that came out a week later had installed my new AC and furnace within a few hours. Company is fantastic at communicating and customer service.
Hometown Hero’s are the absolute best!! They were able to come promptly on a Monday morning, figure out the issue and give us quote immediately for repair. After choosing which route we wanted to go, the issue was fixed the next day! Couldn’t be happier with our service and can’t recommend them enough!
Andrew with Hometown Hero’s is definitely a hero in our book! From first phone call this morning to our A/C being back up and running was right at 4 hours total!!! Epitome of knowledge and customer service and his experience definitely shows in his ability to diagnose and then fix the issue immediately! Rates were very very reasonable for a weekend visit and communication was excellent. Will definitely be using and recommending him and HTH’s from now on! 15/10 recommend!
