I had the fortune of going to a Homebuyer workshop where Jeff Bey presented on the importance of home inspections, processes, and industry practices. Unfortunately, when I encounter him we were under contract for a home that had already been inspected. The insights and best practices that Jeff shared made it clear that we did not get a thorough inspection on the home we were under contract for. Needless to say, that contract fell through because of foundation issues that went undetected, or ignored during the inspection.

He takes his time and his experience shows. I really appreciated his report which is extremely detailed with pictures and descriptions also citing recommendations and codes as applicable. I just wanted to say than you to Jeff as his inspection was spot on. He took his time and didn't miss anything. He was very thorough, got in the crawl space, attic, and climbed on the roof. Even noted the wasp nest in the mailbox. I was very happy with his work ethic and despite the conditions he still did his job. I am very please with his report and his price.
