Homestead Inspection CO is a knowledgeable and reliable company to utilize for you inspection needs. They are efficient and answered any question that I had regarding the process while. I was unlucky in situations that both realtors and parties created, but Homestead was great and allowed me to reschedule multiple times until we were able to accomplish the set about task. I will recommend this service to anyone and am thankful for the person who turned me on to them.

I couldn't have asked for better service! The inspectors were polite, professional (yet friendly and good humored), and did a very thorough job. They answered questions, explained things and seemed completely knowledgeable. I received the inspection report the very same day! I've used their services twice and had the best possible service both times.

FANTASTIC service, as an agent I would absolutely recommend them. Our lender needed some extra information on the inspection and they were happy to help out, got us the info we needed quick and at no extra cost!!
