Jeremy saw my car dead blocking traffic and stopped to see if I needed help. Even though I told him I had someone else coming he stayed with me until they showed up and even helped them load the car. Sweetest guy ever! I felt so safe and cared for. I will only use j's southland for anything in the future. Telling everyone! Thank you Jeremy

First big snowstorm of 2024, and found myself needing a tow and quick! I called these guys and the sweet woman on the phone was so quick to get my info and get someone dispatched in no time. Despite all the cars almost hitting us, the driver and his truck, he remained calm and kept reassuring me the entire time. What felt like over an hour on the side of the road panicking, was really only about 25 minutes and we were in route. While I did not catch his name unfortunately, he was worth his weight in gold. Thank you, J's Southland Tow, for bringing me some peace during a not so peaceful time.
