I received top-notch service to clean-up my basement area after a burst water line caused two inches of water in our entire fully-furnished basement.
The three-man crew did an incredible job removing the damaged flooring, drywall, furniture, in addition to numerous personal items.
They aggressively attacked the mold and mildew and used several methods to mitigate the issues.
I do not know if I was just lucky to get their A-Team or not. However, I was immensely pleased with their work ethic, knowledge, and professionalism.
I most strongly recommend ServPro for your next service project. I will certainly use them again if needed.
Michael and the whole crew were great to deal with. Very professional and courteous. Quick response time to a flooded kitchen/laundry room/bathroom and very cautious about personal belongings. I definitely recommend them!!!
When I called, they were on site within hours and went straight to work. Their guys worked until around 10 PM that night to get it cleaned up and set up fans/dehumidifiers. They were responsive and easy to work with.
This is the second time I've seen them in action, and they did the same great work both times.
