My doc sent me to physical therapy at Ozark for some shoulder pain that I was experiencing. After only 3 sessions with Michael Blubaugh, I have full range of motion and zero pain. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend.
Ozark is a great place to go lift. It has a good environment and welcoming people. They are also doing renovations right now and I’m really excited for it so it can open the gym up more
