Amazing staff, they were very friendly and took the time to listen to what was going on. Instead of acting like they knew everything and I didnt know what I was talking about. They also took the time to make sure I fully understood all the medical talk, even explained what the x-rays showed and why they came to their conclusion. It was the best vet visit I have ever experienced.
Fit us into their schedule on a Saturday and were able to get him to surgery day of. Hes doing really well and I thank the kind staff for getting us in and taking everything seriously. 💖
I’ve used Hillcrest for many years, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The care is exceptional, the doctors and technicians all care about their furry patients and seek the best care for them.
