We are so pleased by the care and compassion that Dr Hicks and her team showed to our little goat. He had a very serious medical problem that required a life-saving surgery that many vets would have likely not done to save a goat. They did not hesitate and kept him all weekend for observation. They (especially Dr Hicks) are very dedicated, hard-working professionals, and we are thankful to have them available to our community. Our little goat is doing great and happy to be back with his mom.
So far so good, my precious fur baby Moses is going to have laser surgery as a work -in..They were very polite with me, gave me a reasonable estimate for surgery and getting my Mo in surgery pretty quick..So I'm praying all goes well..
There is a long wait to get in, but it is worth it. The staff are very caring and knowledgeable. The veterinarian we seen was absolutely amazing. She was kind, compassionate and very helpful. The bill was another great suprise as I expected it to be much higher. We had to have bloodwork done along with some medication and the bill was still well below what I was expecting. There is an emergency after hours number here you can call.
I would absolutely recommend this place for you pets needs.
