Lori, Amy, and Tausha are a dream team! They are responsive and handled challenging situation with great dedication. They are clear and communicative, and always working to support the tenant. I hope to find another property under their management.
My experience with RPM has been solid and they're very quick to get me documents needed to make my move in a year ago go smooth.
I'm now coming up on my next lease and had 4 different people texting me, which wasn't good, but after I pointed this out Tausha got ahold of me personally with a phone call and the one on one was excellent and nice and we were able to get what was needed figured out that worked best for my situation.

Overall we have had a great experience with RPM. The first year was a little rough because the communication in the office seemed to be lacking. We now have different points of contact and have received phenomenal service, consistently, the past few years. Maintenance and office staff are both responsive and proactive, and communication has been excellent.
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to leave the Google review for the foundation specialist they sent out recently, but he was very professional and arrived exactly when he told he would be there. Great guy!
