Had an AC problem overnight and called Metro early the next morning before they opened. Got a call back and their crew was at my house by 8:30am. Resolved the issue and was done in less than an hour. Great service!!

Customer service was amazing. Staff's communication about ordered parts, costs, and repairs was amazing. Their response to our problem was very impressive and they were able to fix our problem issue. I highly recommend this company.

Aiden and Carter did a great job unclogging an HVAC drain line. Came home from a day trip earlier on a Friday morning to a wet area of carpet in the basement. Thankful they could make it out that day before the weekend so as to prevent further damage. Very prompt, professional and courteous. Thanks again!
