I'm officially changing clinics. Felt very disrespected last appointment and would like a doctor/nurse who actually cares. I made the appointment for my 6 month thyroid prescription refill and needed steroid meds for poison ivy. The receptionist told me I can't do two things at one visit. I said that's ridiculous because it only involves writing prescriptions. When I showed for the appointment everyone was COLD towards me. The nurse barely looked or spoke to me. Saw a freeman urgent care doctor for extreme throat pain and unable to swallow, they were awful and didn’t help. Made an appointment here and they got me in right away and listened to what I’d been dealing with. Gave me the right meds and within hours I was feeling better. Love this clinic and the people are always kind and willing to listen.

I sat here today and waited over 35 min to be seen. They don’t seem to take more than two people back if that. I called this morning to make an appointment for 1:30 and I get here 10 minutes early for them to just tell me they changed it to 1:45. Don’t come here if you are trying to stay on schedule. Worst part was when I was told they changed it I went back to my car and about 1:30 a car full of workers show up. They have plenty people here just not enough willing to work I guess
