I'm officially changing clinics. Felt very disrespected last appointment and would like a doctor/nurse who actually cares.
I made the appointment for my 6 month thyroid prescription refill and needed steroid meds for poison ivy. The receptionist told me I can't do two things at one visit.
I said that's ridiculous because it only involves writing prescriptions.
When I showed for the appointment everyone was COLD towards me. The nurse barely looked or spoke to me. Then she didn't care about my sinus infection. ( yea I had that going on too- I just needed a nurse who cared) She rushed me through the appointment in 5 mins, it was the weirdest thing!

I don’t know what all the negative reviews are about, must have been something in the past, because Jill Rodgers is awesome and the only person I ever deal with.
