Parkville Heights Animal Hospital is a caring and considerate veterinary clinic. The staff is kind, patient, and helpful, going above and beyond for their patients. They take the time to explain any issues with pets and provide satisfactory care. Although they can be busy, the staff remains friendly and accommodating. Clients appreciate the promptness of the staff and their effort to know both the animals and their owners. The clinic is known for offering important answers quickly and for Dr. Bonavia and Dr. Rose, who are praised for their kindness and gentleness. With their exceptional care and compassion, Parkville Heights Animal Hospital has earned high recommendations from their clients.
Unfortunately I’ve spent a lot of time here over the past five years. My poor dog is just accident prone and has some allergies. The doctors and staff always love on him and take care of us. They’re friendly, informative and helpful in some of the most hectic times. Grateful for them all.
Great place. We really appreciate everyone there & Dr Bonavia! We had the pleasure of working with Dr Rose when our 10 year old had a hematoma. She is the sweetest, kindest and gentlest person I have ever encountered. Thank PHAH for everything.
I was able to get my dog in for an appointment quickly and I got important answers very fast. Everyone working there was very nice as well. Will definitely continue bringing my dog here.
