If you arrive here, you have not chosen to do so yourself. The tow yard is gravel and will be wet the day you go to get your stuff from your totaled car, because you are cursed by the gods. Wear shoes that can get dirty.
Great service by Devin. Lost air while on I-70, thought I was going to the dealership for service. Ended up not needing a tow. Had a airline blow out. He swaped out my airlines for me so that I could get back on the road. Checked to make sure no other air leaks. Very professional.
Had to have my car towed on Labor Day. Frustrating enough that my car broke down but even more frustrated when I couldn't get another service to come out because it was a holiday. Called Big Boy's and they were there in 15 min and they were great. Mike is outstanding and I very much appreciated his great customer service. I hope I don't need another tow truck but if I do this company is my first call now.
