We could not be more pleased with the experience we had with Rock Solid Construction. From the initial concept and design through the post-construction clean-up RSC provided, we were so happy. While the quality of the work (excellent) is certainly important, the communication with and responsiveness from all members of the team were so valuable to us. Rock Solid renovated our master bath and updated our master closet. We love the finished project! From the design process (thank you Jeremiah and Emma!) to the finishing touches, they are professional, thorough, and very easy to work with. Once the renovation begins, they keep you updated on the production schedule (thank you Julie!) and provide excellent customer service. Connor was very attentive to the work during the production phase and always responded promptly if we had questions. Thank you for the beautiful upgrade!

We have used Rock Solid for multiple renovations over the past 10-15 years. We have always been happy with the results. I doubt there are many things that Shannon Lee cannot fix or do! And he works hard to not only oversee all projects but to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work.
On one occasion after a parent died unexpectedly —we inherited a dog over night and had no way to keep the dog without a fence. Shannon has so many contacts in the construction world —that he came through in a pinch for us! We plan to continue to use Rock Solid for all of our future renovation projects.
