Wonderful staff. We had an emergency (close to blowing a tire on the highway on a family vacation) and pulled in here an hour before the store closed. They had our tire in stock and were able to change it and get us back on the road!
I am not Big with reviews, especially when it comes to Big O Tires. I’ve had bad experiences with Big O in the Columbia Missouri area. But my front tires were shot and I needed my truck for work immediately. I drove into the Big O store in Ozark Missouri and the manager immediately got me in. No waiting around all day and no sales pitch on extra items. I told him what I needed done and it got done. If I ever have to get tires again, I’ll drive the extra two hours to this location before any where else. Service and the Customer care was on point.
Took my jeep in to get a 3 inch lift, specialty alignment and just and over all inspection. Dom and the crew have been amazing! Finished everything in a fast timely manner and just all around great service. Bolts are tight and the jeep now drives like a dream!
Everyone was great to talk to and actually genuine. I am very happy to say I felt well taken care. An overall fantastic experience.
