When Dr. Jay owned the clinic, you could count on excellent service and appropriate pricing. Now that a corporation owns the clinic, prices have shot up, medication is double the price you can get it for on-line, and the attitude and service of the new people in the clinic stinks. Be prepared for new fees that are not outlined on your invoice and lack of regard for you, your pet, and caring about your repeat business. My money is hard earned and I would pay any price for my girl's medical care if I thought she was cared for and my concerns were heard. I used to refer everyone here, but now I will tell everyone to keep on walking and find a clinic that actually cares and doesn't want to gouge pet parents.

I have been taking my babies here for 2 years not. We absolutely love the staff and my babies are calm being in their care. I use them for boarding as well. Wonderful people.

If you literally like being hosed every single time you take your dog into be groomed then this is the place. They just take it upon themselves to vaccinate your dog when you take them in to be groomed. You're expecting $100. for your 2 dogs and it ends up being $200. Because they bent you over $30 bucks to administer the shot they REQUIRE every year before they will groom your dog, plus $21.00 for the shot. Since Dr. Kirkpatrick left. This place has gone down hill and the millennial that took his place needs to pay for college so he hoses his 8 year customers into the ground. My dogs go to a new groomer now @ $40. bucks each! Not $55. and not being shot up every visit. Bye! Good luck paying for college.

I have never met a vet staff who genuinely cares for their animals more than Osage Animal Hospital. Every staff member is so kind and excellent at communicating what’s going on with your pet in a way that’s easy to understand. Special shout out to Dr. Jay and Lori for their outstanding care! If you’re looking for a new vet, I can guarantee Osage Animal Hospital will check all of your boxes. This is probably my first and last review I will ever leave on Facebook or the internet, but I have nothing but great things to say about OAH and want to recommend to as many people as I can! They saved Bears (pic below!) life and made my life a little easier during a stressful time. It’s that high quality of care I think every pet owner deserves!
