My daughter and I went to luxury nails for the first time today, and it will definitely be the last, my daughter had the most horrendous experience ever getting a pedicure. The man was so aggressive. He ended up, cutting her heel and totally ignored it, from start to finish it lasted maybe 15 minutes, he hurt her legs. He hurt her heels, all in all an absolutely terrible experience and not even an apology when her heel started bleeding, we will never go back there again. and besides the fact that we waited there longer than our services lasted unbelievable did not offer.
