Yeah. It was a misunderstanding between us. We got it resolved and I'm glad we did. I let them do the work and haven't had a leak in that area since. So thanks Chris. I appreciate the call and how you handled everything. Not many owners of companies would reach out like that and take care of a customer like you did. Wish more companies cared about their customers like you. Disregard the rest. If I could give 0 stars I would. First time I called and talked with Chris. He said he could come out and get my roof looked at same day even though I was getting home after hours. What I got was a no show and no call. The next day he apologized and asked if they could come out. I said sure. He sent a guy out. He lifted a couple shingles and put some sealant over some nails he said we're driven in to far and can cause a leak. Told me to call if it still leaks. Next day was still leaking. I called Chris and told him. He said he would talk to his guy and call me back. Haven't heard a word from him since. Talk about unprofessional. I would stay away from this place if that is how they treat their customers.

I don't know who is driving for his company but they are either two trucks and trailers deep doing 90mph+ through Osage Beach with crap flying out of their dump trailers or they are hanging out in the left lane right in someone's blind spot and following their speed changes exactly. Idk what y'all's problem is but every time I see your trucks they are doing something incredible stupid. Maybe pass this to your driver's and see if you can't figure something out. If I ever see just one of your trucks driving decently I'll update this but honestly you drive worse than the tourists

This company was really great to work with. The owner answers all calls and texts extremely quickly. They came out within 24 hours to assess our roof and give us a quote and we were fully installed within 2 weeks. The large crew was quick and efficient and did a great job from start to finish including cleanup. Highly recommend!
