Controlled Heating and Cooling responded the same day I called for a cooling repair in August 2025. Their technician was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he discovered to be problematic during his assessment. He answered all of my questions with patience and spoke to my spouse over the phone to address his concerns as well. . He was very professional and transparent regarding costs upfront. We were happy to have air conditioning back in perfect condition in a timely manor. We highly recommend this company and hope the tech gets recognition for his work.
