Definitely a step up from Orkins; when Orkins would come - they would just spray everywhere and leave … the most rushed. They did not care to answer questions.I love how Hawx sends you a text when the technician is coming even more so the technician, Corey, called before coming. He was very thorough investigating the property; he found new carpenter bee holes and put powder in them.Kobe cleaned up the spider ?️ webs ?️ in the house and outside. Picked up all the old traps and took pictures of all the insects/spiders on the traps to let me know which ones there were and if they are harmful. My technician was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He also explained the process and how the application works to prevent pests. I’ll be honest, I was impressed with the large area that was treated during the application. I am very confident I will see a lot less pests around my home this summer.

Really good professional and knowledgeable technician. When the service was completed we receive a written report complete with several pictures showing each step of the service. We can go outside again.
