I'm a huge fan of NP Julia Branco, her nurses, & the office staff. She and her nurses always listen & provide the care that I need on every visit. They're wonderful.

I am a huge fan of Dr. Usry and Heather. They listen to my concerns and take their time explaining the treatment plan to me. HOWEVER, their receptionists leave much to be desired. They RARELY answer the phone. It's not uncommon for me to have to call a dozen or more times and then I'm still lucky if I get someone to answer. You always have the option to leave a voicemail, but they don't return those the same day either. It seems like answering the phone would be the easiest part of a doctor's office, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Very frustrating.

Really good about getting you in. I have to go after work. Never been a problem with getting in. Love the staff. Always pleasant even when I'm cranky. Easy in and out of location. Right by highway 40. Also, easy access to 364 and 70.
