Tri-County Family Practice

I completed my annual Health and Wellness visit at Tri CountyFamily Practice. I was greeted by a smiling receptionist and was escorted back to the exam room at the scheduled appointment time. My Dr. reviewed my prescriptions and discussed any concerns or changes to my health.

This visit was to establish care with a new PCP since our last Dr left my previous office. I'd had the appt for 2 months and was disappointed to get the call the day before that the Dr would not be there. I was glad to be able to see the NP since I may be seeing her on occasion. I was also given another appt to be able to visit with the Dr in a couple of months.

Dr Melvin was very personable. She listened to all
My concerns and made me feel welcomed. She was knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. Definitely recommend Dr. Melvin.
