Rated 5 stars when they opened. I am changing my rating to 3 stars. More than 80% of the times that I try to get a wash (during business hours), this location is closed. I would be happy to give them 5 stars if they would stay open during business hours, but they choose to do maintenance when they should be serving their customers; this has occured too many times to just be coincidence. Staff is friendly, the works wash gives me the wash I want. My only complaint is not being open during expected operating hours.

Come here all the time, excellent for lowered vehicles which is what I have and always does an amazing wash. All the employees are also super nice and professional and are always helpful.

I like Tommy's and I've used them nationwide with good results. That said, it seems nearly every Tommy's I've gone to there's been some issue. For example the one here in spring Hill, the panel that tells you to put your car in neutral as soon as you enter the tunnel has been inoperative for weeks. Also I've encountered some of the brushes, if that's what you want to call them inoperative as well. Especially the ones that hang down and sway back and forth. Sometimes they are swaying and wiping the bugs off your windshield and other times they are not.
