I honestly cannot thank The Pet Doctor enough. Within a five-day span, two of our golden retrievers had very unexpected medical issues that both resulted in surgery, which was incredibly stressful. The compassion, care, and attention they showed Ham and Riley meant more to us than I can put into words. We felt informed, supported, and confident they were in the best hands. We are so grateful for their kindness, expertise, and the genuine love they showed our pups. Highly recommend! ??
We had to put one of our dogs down. The staff was so friendly to us from the beginning. We were new clients as we just moved to the area. They called our old very to get records. So we didn't have to. We came in and they had a nice room for him with a couch, bed, chocolate kisses, so many treats and tissues. They walked us through the entire process and took good care of our baby so he wasn't scared. They let us stay with him as long as we wanted and the techs made us feel better that our baby was never alone even when we left. They mailed us a beautiful card and his paw prints. Forever a client.
I have been bringing my dog and two cats to the pet doctor for nearly 7 years. The are always very honest and transparent with your pets needs. They are reasonably priced and you can tell they truly care about your pets. Recently our dog passed away, it was kind of unexpected, and they sent us flowers. Let me tell you, I bawled my eyes out. It was so sweet of them to think of us.
