Have been to the O’Fallon location 3 times. We’ve had decent experiences. It has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment, they rarely answer the phone-and don’t return messages. When you do get to talk to someone they are rude. We found another kids salon we will be going to from now on that is way more pleasant to work with. What a shame. Seems like this business doesn’t need customers.

They pampered my kid like a model (sensory sensitivities handled like a pro), offering a full salon experience (wash, rinse, products, the works) that rivals any adult salon. Plus, the family-friendly vibe is ?. First haircuts are a breeze here, thanks to the comfy chairs and welcoming atmosphere. This place is a hidden gem! ✨

Courteous and helpful staff. They accommodate your needs for your little ones to have a fast and fun experience. Cool little waiting area with play table and activity area while you wait. As always we'll be back!
