Had a bad kitchen sink clog that originated in the basement that another plumber could not quit get to. Called O'Fallon Sewer & Plumbing at the end of the day on Wednesday, they were there first thing Thursday. Made quick work of getting us clear and back on track. Highly recommend for any sewer / plumbing work that you might need.

Ron is awesome! I don't remember the name of the man working with Ron but he was awesome as well! I was referred to ofallon sewer service. When I called to ask for a plumber to come look at my leak, they were at my house 30 minutes after I called. Ron looked at everything, explained what was wrong and said he could be back the next day to fix it. Very efficient and nice. I will now only use this company. Thank you guys for helping on short notice! I also want to say thank you for being nice and polite to my husband. He is in a wheelchair and I can't thank you enough for just treating him with no judgement and talked to him about the job. Meant alot to him he was treated like everyone else.

Parents live in rural St. Chas. Co. and have a septic system along with the common problem of roots causing a backup every few years. Had great service with this company last time I had to call them, and they sent out Don and Karl. Was hoping to request the same guys again (although I'm sure any one they sent would have done fine) but couldn't remember their names for certain. Was pleasantly surprised when Don and Karl showed up (right on time) and we got the same quick, friendly, reasonable service. Thank you! So good to know I have a place I can trust to take care of something like this for my parents! -Ed

Scheduled a tank pump and was called the morning of to reschedule since their truck broke down and they were unable to come out. Totally Understandable. They rescheduled me for 2 weeks later. When they didn’t show up and I called to see where they were I was told their trucks were still down. I was not informed of this and for 2 weeks have assumed they were coming. Not very apologetic on the phone. The customer service is definitely lacking. I guess I will be calling another company.
