My son lost the part of his glasses that rest on top of his ears. We purchased them here 6 months ago and they had the right part sitting in inventory. The young man found it and my son left wearing his glasses again. He's happy and it was great customer service. When I need my glasses, I'm coming here.

If you're looking for a place to get your eyes checked, I highly recommend Family Eyewear Gallery. I've been going there for years, but I somehow got out of the habit of having my eyes checked regularly. I'm so glad I decided to start up again. Dr. Lin is awesome and incredibly knowledgeable—I really missed seeing her! The staff is always so friendly, genuine, and competent, which is hard to come by these days. It's so nice to leave an appointment on a such a positive note and feel like you have received top-tier customer service and comprehensive exam.
