More than five stars! Excel is right! Excel Sports & Physical Therapy in Wentzville, MO has been such a pleasure to work with. The staff is so nice and kind, from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Nancy, to the physical therapists and interns. Nancy, at the front desk, is there for you. She will do the legwork for scheduling, working with insurance, physician orders, etc. It's nice not to have those stressors when you're trying to get healthy. Then there's my PT, Alena. Wow. My experience at the O’Fallon Excel Sports & Physical Therapy was excellent. Mark Rolwes came to our home first to help me get moving and knowledgeable about how to get the best results from therapy. When I went to the O’Fallon location, Madison Shirley was usually my therapist. She was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend the group of specialists at this location.
I was referred here by a friend after sharing something personal that I was going through and I can't say enough good things about this place. Mackenzie has truly been a blessing in helping me understand how to take care of my body. You truly cannot go wrong here. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being taken care of. The entire staff is so kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to what I have to say. Women's health can be daunting to talk about, and I am thankful for the care I've received. Highly, highly recommend.
