I highly recommend Bi-state. When we started our pool journey, we actually got a few quotes from local installers; however, the other pool vendors, while sometimes cheaper, were oversimplifying things like drainage and location. Some of them simply wanted to set a shell in the ground and leave (e.g., don't put any features it is expensive--when really they just didn't want to deal with it). With Bi-state, they actually came out and shot elevation; really planning out everything from the very beginning. Seems simple/common sense, but they are the only ones that did it. Pool projects are very complex when you factor in drainage, location, concrete, plumbing, equipment, ect. Bi-state is really the only company that gave me peace of mind. Are they the cheapest, likely no (but that is highly variable). BUT, you pay for what you get and saving a couple thousand dollars for a subpar install will likely end up costing you more in the long run. Special shout out to Amanda and Adam; we bugged them a lot I am sure. We even threw some last minute items in there such as a heater; but they are flexible.

We had not opened our pool for two years and did not know what to expect! Jon and Jared came and immediately got things going. They were very professional and we felt comfortable knowing they knew what they were doing. They did an EXCELLENT job and we would highly recommend Bi-State Pool! Also the Office staff is very friendly. Ken and Jan Riese
