Jacob B. with Stine-Nichols was professional, direct, and most important — honest. He talked us through every step and made sure we understood what he needed to do in order to track, diagnose, and fix our plumbing issues.
He did not do anything without communicating it to us first and getting our verbal permission.
We will definitely be using their services again if we need plumbing services.

I originally contacted them to remedy damages/problems that arose following the replacement of a water meter and pit by a city subcontractor. We had a water heater fail and was recommended to replace it due to age by 3 different plumbers. Ryan with Stine-Nichols was able to secure a new water heater and parts and have the water heater replaced within 24 hours. Our tenants were pleased as were we. The quote was also $950 cheaper than the next company. I would highly recommend using Stine-Nichols for plumbing needs.

We have been using Stine Nichols for years and I can’t say enough good things about them. It’s a union shop and very reasonable given how efficient and professional they are. We just had Jacob and Neil install 3 toilets, a kitchen faucet, and a new bathroom vanity. Great guys! Great job!
