Got a citation for failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle, in my personal vehicle. I have a CDL. Mandatory court appearance. Some traffic lawyers will not even take CDL cases. Speeding Ticket KC got it reduced to a non-moving violation and never set foot in a courtroom, and my driving record is still clean. So important because my income depends on my license.
