I was told it would take 6 weeks to maybe even 3 months to get myself a Portable Concentrator.Three months has passed, now I am told it may take up to 9 MONTHS to get one because the que has not changed.I spoke to my lung doctor Thursday at my visit with him.Thursday was my Dr visit & today Monday I will be receiving my Portable Concentrator from a different supplier.

After loosing the contact person I was use to dealing with, I thought I would be in trouble. Worried about nothing, I have been dealing with Brandi at the NKC location, and there is nothing I have ever needed that she hasn't been able to help with, including with travel plans to exchange empty tanks so as not to worry so we can enjoy our vacation.Thank you Brandi for all your hard work, and if you need someone to help..... BRANDI is the one to ask for.

I really enjoyed meeting with Eli. He was very knowledgeable and I liked that he asked if I had a medical background or not so he could tailor the instructions to my needs and understanding. I liked that he had personal experience with these machines and I felt that he really cared and thy I could trust him. I am really feeling hopeful and positive about my quality of care and the instructions I was given. Thank you, Eli!
