Apria Healthcare is a leading provider of home respiratory services and medical equipment, serving over 1.8 million patients nationwide with more than 325 locations in the United States. While some customers have found the directions for using their products to be not user-friendly, particularly for those who are not tech-savvy, many have praised the professionalism and kindness of Apria's consultants. There were also issues reaching customer service over the President's Day weekend and a missing sim card in the kit. On a positive note, numerous customers have had excellent experiences with Apria Healthcare. After moving to the Kansas City area, one customer successfully set up a new account for CPAP supplies with ease, thanks to helpful staff and prompt shipping. Another customer recently started CPAP therapy and found outstanding customer service when they met with a respiratory therapist at the Liberty office. This therapist was very helpful, explaining the process and demonstrating the CPAP device. They assisted in choosing a mask and showed how to clean and maintain the equipment. Appointments were kept on time, and same-day appointments were accommodated. Overall, Apria Healthcare aims to provide quality service and equipment to its patients, but there is still room for improvement in their customer service and product directions.
