Only have talked to the person who called me to let me know when I was getting my CPAP. She was very nice and helpful. Got my machine and set up was easy. I was provided with all the materials needed to get started at home!
Very good @ getting equipment to you quickly but, if you think you are going to sleep with that VERY loud 5L Oxygen Concentrator think again! This machine is very LOUD & HEAVY! Headaches all the time from hearing it running, very sad, no excuse for such a loud machine.
