He redid our whole electrical panel -- did a great job, communicated, and worked with Evergy for permits, etc. He has done small jobs for us, too, and this morning he even talked me through a problem on the phone and helped me fix it, to avoid a visit completely. Honest guy who knows what he's doing.“

“I was called within 24 hours to schedule a service that occurred 2 days later after I spent 2 weeks looking for an electrician who would call me back or perform the service before 2 weeks down the road. Jacob showed up after I was informed he could be there 2 hours prior to his scheduled time. He cut off electricity to an outlet on an island I wanted to remove, and replaced an outlet that was bad on the outside. This last service was not scheduled.“

“You know when gamers throw their control and 'rage quit?' That's what happened to me with an electrical project. I hate that I had to to it, but I called in the professionals at Galvin. They were responsive on Yelp with Request-A-Quote, and while a notch higher than some others, I figured what the hell. They could have someone out same day and the reviews looked great. The tech was later than expected (4-6 p.m. window and arrived closer to 6:30) which wasn't ideal as we had sat down to dinner. Fortunately the job was small and he was quick to handle it. To me it's a lot like calling a plumber; it's going to cost you, but you know it's going to be done right. Galvin seemed professional in how they booked and assigned the electrician. Not every service company can say the same. Hopefully won't need them again, like, ever, but if so I would recommend them and go with them again.“
