EMI was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. The team provided an excellent service and help with HVAC issue. They were fast, clean and left the space smooth. They went above and beyond and are good guys. The service was smooth and the home is now much more comfortable with energy savings. Highly recommended. The dock is on the street side and the truck will block one side of the street after you park. No overnight parking, but restroom on request. Fast unloading and good behavior. Pilot and Love’s truck stops are in 8 miles area for overnight parking. Check photo.

Had AC issues in July - and these guys were on it! Plus - gave me tips on how to adjust some of the vents in winter and summer and properly operate the AC system for our configuration.

Hey Truckers!
Be careful when you back in to dock door. The dock is on the street side & your truck will block one side of the street after you park. (Tractor stays on street).
Just park on the street when you reach there & go in for check in.
Ask them to stop traffic from both sides when you backing up.
They are good guys. They will help you.
It’s hard to make a U turn if you enter in the facility.
