I appreciate the professionalism demonstrated by each staff member that I came in contact with. The optical tech (not sure of her exact title) initiated my appointment on time, did the initial interview, pressure test, visual screening, and OptMap quickly and efficiently. I’m sorry I cannot remember her name. Dr Mitzi Lewis reviewed all the results with me, examined my eyes very carefully, showed me the OptoMap results along with comparison to last year’s results, and provided advice for maintaining my vision. I especially appreciate the eye care she has provided for me. The optician who worked with me was very helpful by assisting me in selection of a frame and ordering my new glasses. She was very efficient. Overall, I was very happy with my appointment at the Vision Clinic in south Springfield.
