I had been to three eye clinics prior to going to see Dr. Batson. I wasn't able to see out of any of those glasses. I let her know my concerns when I got there. She did such a thorough exam then less than two weeks later I got my glasses and I could see perfectly clear. I was so excited because it was hampering my every day life. She's so personable and friendly and the staff was amazing. They had so many beautiful frames to choose from. Dr. Batson even came and checked on me while I was looking for frames and told me exactly the shape that I needed for my prescription .. they worked perfectly. Great friendly people! I have tried to wear contacts several times,without success. Dr. Batson addressed all my issues and for the first time I can wear contacts. Not only do they fit great but I can finally see! She helped me get the correct focal distance for work, with the help of simple readers. I can't say thank you enough.

Very pleased with how everything went from making the appointment, getting the exam and eye health check, to when I was headed out the door. Everyone is super nice, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to find a new eye doctor!
