These guys came out and replaced our 33 year old system. They were very professional, cleaned everything up nicely and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend Queen City Heating and Cooling.
On-time, courteous, professional. I explained system issues, techs listened, then commenced system checks. They thoroughly explained their findings and recommendations. System is fine, high current humidity causing less than desired levels of cooling. Only charge was $89 service fee, totally acceptable. Will use again, will refer to friends. Thanks!
Thank goodness we chose a repeatable company. Had a brand new unit installed and the unit had issues from the manufacture but Queen City stood behind it and replaced the whole unit.
