The repairman Caleb was so patient to explain the procedure for setting the thermostat, very knowledgeable and helpful. I depend on Queen City and have used their services for years.
Queen City Heating and Cooling was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
To begin with, they were no pressure! They answered all of my questions and concerns. They answered all of my husband's questions and concerns. They asked questions to determine needs based on questions we asked.
The Crews that came out were all very polite and respectful, hard working, and very efficient with their time. They kept the area as clean as possible and picked up after they were done. Caleb had to come out twice - after inspecting my AC unit the issue had to do with my circuit breaker panel. Caleb came out again, after the electrician did his thing, and installed a surge protector and fast start device to help with longevity the AC unit. Great service, prompt, and very respectable young man. I am grateful.
