Today I can honestly say I’ve had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. I had an implant that has not been completed and being new to the area I had no idea where to go to get proper care and to listen to my wants and needs. Without a doubt from the moment I walked in I was greeted and treated with respect and with all the concern in the world and that calmed my nerves. Once I got put back into a room I was helped, respected, and had a clear game plan in place to finally get my mouth completed. I have to say I had the best experience and exam at Nixa Smiles( and I’m afraid to go to the dentist!) From the minute I walked in I was greeted kindly immediately. Appointment was on time. The dental assistant, the dental hygienist and Dr Kelly made me comfortable by listening to me, explaining everything BEFORE actually treating me. I was so impressed with the information they could give me from their state of the art dental equipment, and I could see and understand. Thank you to Nixa Smiles for taking such good care of me.
