After keeping our old furnace going for two decades. Dan and co. replaced our old pkg unit with a new Trane pkg unit. Darrell and his other brother Darrell did a wonderful job installing the new unit. Prompt, very personable, willing to answer general questions and generally, put up with me . Fair and reasonable. Completely knowledgeable. The only HVAC company we will call.
I have used them several times and they always show up quickly, they are friendly and professional. I know I am going to be charged fairly. They never up-sell or try to replace more than necessary. The blower on my furnace was rattling and they were able to repair the old part and didn't push the sale of a new one, but told me it was easily ordered and replaced if this one started acting up again. They are always my first call when my heat or ac start to act up. Last summer my thermostat was acting up because of a little bit of battery corrosion, and all he did was clean it up and charge me the minimum when I'm sure anyone else could have said the thermostat... read full review
Had Knight replace an old HVAC system. Every part of the service was flawless. Their sales, install, and follow up after the sale was fantastic.
