Very aggressive! Her website states she closes at 5pm. I called at 4pm and was told how rude I was for calling and how weird my call was. Gave me a spill on her personal life and I was calling about a home. Very unprofessional. Your a realtor? Don’t you get calls about homes? I noticed a very run down and NEGLECTED home that had no for sale sign but mainly wanted to see if it ever would be. I would not do business with her! Kathy has known my spouse since high school and we only had a few days to shop for a home and she found us exactly what we were looking for and at a reasonable price. I would not use anyone else if I am looking to purchase again in Southeast Missouri. Super knowledgeable and very professional.

Not sure who the ignorant person that gave the 1 star review was but they are completely wrong. I have worked with Southern Home Reality on 5 of the last houses I have bought and sold and could not ask for any better professional service.
