Great place. Great owner. 24/7 access. Wide variety of equipment and heavy weights and light too heavy resistance training. Great variety of equipment and tanning bed for a small fee
With the use of this facility and eating right I've lost 42 lbs in 2.5 months.. The 24 hour access works for any schedule. We have enough equipment to give variety of options to work all muscle groups in different ways from day to day..
Have been a member since they first opened. It is perfect for me to workout later, so I appreciate the 24 hour access. Tim and Marybeth have had good quality equipment installed and it is always clean. They also have a video workout system that has a nice variety of workouts.
