Well, I'm partial to this place, since I've known the owners for yrs, and I've used it since it's opening... The place is clean, equipment maintained, and for a small home town place, offers as much as the larger gyms.
Great place. Great owner. 24/7 access. Wide variety of equipment and heavy weights and light too heavy resistance training. Great variety of equipment and tanning bed for a small fee
With the use of this facility and eating right I've lost 42 lbs in 2.5 months.. The 24 hour access works for any schedule. We have enough equipment to give variety of options to work all muscle groups in different ways from day to day..
