I use to think they were great. Have bought lots of things on credit and always paid on time. Then I had them fix my dishwasher I told them I would pay the $209 bill in two payments. Paid the $109 first of march and middle of march I got a voicemail that I was behind on my payment. I just went in and paid the other hundred. I am DONE HERE! 8/27/21 UPDATE I have been trying to get in touch with Craig the owner for about 6 weeks now and he is never there. He will not call me back. We cannot say enough great things about everyone at Thorpe's Appliances. We have had several issues with appliances in the past 6 months. They have been great to work with through the entire process... sales, delivery, service calls, and (lots) of phone calls. Don't waste your time going to big box stores who won't provide you service after the sale. Shop local and have local technicians provide fast service if the need arises and friendly office support. From stoves, refrigerators, washer & dryers, to TVs, FireDisc and hot tubs. The staff at Thorpe's can fix you up!
