The lady made the key fast and it worked. Sadly I have had keys made that took them twice as long just to find out they did not cut them right and the key did not work. She was also very friendly, helpful with questions and honest. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and fair! I am traveling and was in Miami, OK for a family emergency. I locked up my firearm, vehicle keys, and other important items in my portable gun safe. The biometric lock would not work because the mechanism got jammed, and of course I did not have the physical key so I could not open it. Southwest Lock and Key was the ONLY company out of the 8 that I called that said my safe could possibly be picked. All the other companies said the ONLY option possible was to drill the lock which would destroy the safe and possibly damage the contents.
